One can see above the Default Report for Pelvic Ultrasound in Gynecology Each item can be modify in order to create the default description that will be entered in the new created report. The physician just add to it the findings from the present exam.
The next area is reserved to the ultrasound exam data. Initialy it will contain the text previously edited as a default text which can be, at any time, modified in accordance to the physician's style.
The identification area is related to the patient's general information, attending physician's ID, the type of ultrasound that will be done, the Insurance group and date the exam was performed. |
